You can amend this information later if your dates change or you add flight arrival information.
It is best to complete your registration and receive study/accommodations confirmation from us PRIOR to purchasing your airfare, although in most cases we will be able to accommodate you.
Some schools are flexible about arrival dates for school and family accommodations. In most cases, arrival by Saturday allows you some down time on Sunday leaving you better rested for Monday classes.
Once you have registered you will be contacted to pay the required deposit and then your registration will be confirmed.
Remaining school fees will be paid onsite when you begin your studies. All schools have different refund policies.

REGARDING OBSERVANCE OF NATIONAL HOLIDAYS

Schools have different policies regarding observance of national holidays.
Please contact AVENTURAS LANGUAGES to understand the policy for the program that you are registering for.
Some schools prorate your tuition fees, others program the missed hours at another time during the week and some maintain the same fees and do not arrange make up hours.
A deposit will be paid to AVENTURAS LANGUAGES after your registration is confirmed.
AVENTURAS LANGUAGES will refund your complete deposit minus a $100 non-refundable processing fee per student.
All remaining fees will usually be paid on campus when you begin your studies except for Teen Summer Programs.
Please inquire with AVENTURAS LANGUAGES regarding payment procedures at your school.
All schools except for our Tepoztlan school accept credit card payments.
A couple of schools charge a surcharge for credit cards equivalent to the 4-5% that the credit card companies charge them.
All will accept traveler's checks and cash.
Different schools have different refund policies, but most have strict rules regarding refunds once you start your program and have paid your remaining balance.

Friends or family members not wishing to study are still welcome in family homestays and can be included for a fee in some program activities such as excursions.
